Ajay Kumar [Nagarjuna] is a doctor who wants to put a hospital [which is named as Amma Hospital] for helping the poor people.Even though he got an opportunity in Us but he cancels for serving the poor.
In a Situation, he falls in love with Manisha Koirala.Simultaneously Ramya Krishna also falls in love with AjayKuamr[Nagarjuna].But AjayKuamr loves Manisha and they get married each other.

Story:
Manisha[swetha] discovers a frightening organ-smuggling operation in her hospital while going through a friend's diagnostic report then she reports to the higher authority of her hospital[kota Srinivasa rao].
Kota tries to convince Swetha[Manisha] with money but she was against Hospital and wants to complain in Police station.
Suddenly Swetha Killed by a third person[killer].
The police arrive to find her dead body and arrest Ajay[nagarjuna] for murder. It seems that Ajay's[nagarjuna] motive for killing Swetha[manisha] was money, as Swetha was a wealthy heiress. Ajay[nagarjuna] is convicted and sentenced to death. While being transported to prison, the police van meets with an accident and Ajay escapes. The police launch a manhunt for him, but are unable to catch him. Ajay secretly meets with Ramya and tells her that he did not kill Swetha, and he wants her help to catch the real killer. The film ends with Ajay catching the real killer and finding out that he was hired by Ajay's friend Dr. Pratap (Sarath Babu), the man responsible for the organ smuggling operation

Pisaasu (Devil) is a 2014 Tamil gothic horror film written and directed by Mysskin.It is produced by Bala under B Studios. The film stars newcomers Naga and Prayaga Martin alongside Radharavi, Kalyani N and Harish Uthaman. The film released on 19 December 2014 to highly positive reviews. Telugu dubbed version "Pisachi" released on 27 February 2015. The film was remade in Kannada as Rakshasi.

Story:
Siddharth (Naga) is an upcoming violinist in Chennai who stumbles upon an accident where a teenage girl (Prayaga) is lying in a pool of blood. He rushes her to the hospital with the help of an auto driver and a couple. However, he is too late and the girl passes away holding his hand. Traumatized by the whole episode, Siddharth comes home with one of her slippers. He then drives around the city aimlessly with his red car while helping homeless people, unable to come out of the depression due to the girl's death.

After the incident, strange things start happening at Siddharth’s apartment. He begins to feel a supernatural presence at his house. The house is cleaned up even if he makes it messy and his bottle opener goes missing whenever he tries to drink beer. With the help of his best friends, he employs a psychic to exorcise the ghost but she turns out to be a fraud and is scared out of the apartment by a strange apparition. Siddharth also comes to realize that his next door neighbour's autistic son plays with an imaginary friend. When Siddharth's mother (Kalyani N) comes to visit him, she is hit by a drunk neighbour (Harish Uthaman) who is abusing his wife (Kani Kusruti). The neighbour is then attacked by a mysterious ghost. The following day, Siddharth's mother meets with a freak accident in the bathroom and is saved by the ghost who alerts the neighbours. But Siddharth mistakes that the ghost had attacked his mother and threatens the ghost that he would kill himself and come as ghost to take revenge on her.Many rituals of various religions to drive the ghost away were performed by siddharth but everything is proven futile and the ghost continues to stay.Also, A petty thief is also stabbed while trying to steal from Siddharth's apartment.

Siddharth is assured that the ghost of the girl whose life he tried to save is behind all these strange occurrences and goes in search of her family to see if they can help get rid of her. He finds that girl's name is Bhavani and her father (Radha Ravi) runs a local ice factory. Siddharth confronts the father and asks him to cremate his daughter to save him from her ghost. Siddharth brings the father to his apartment to show him the ghost, when his mother calls from the hospital to tell him that it was actually the ghost who has saved her life. Bhavani's father then tries to see if the ghost is actually trying to protect Siddharth. When the ghost appears as expected, her father begs her to come home with him but she continues to remain at the apartment. Siddharth understands that Bhavani's spirit never meant him any harm.

Realizing that the only way Bhavani can rest in peace is by bringing her killer to face justice, Siddharth and his friends attempt to solve the mystery of her death themselves. They track down the auto driver that helped Siddharth save Bhavani and he tells them that he saw a green car driving away after the accident. They then manage to track down the green car at a shady workshop. The driver turns out to be a young man who stole an orphaned child from the hospital since he and his wife cannot have children of their own. The driver's cousin who was in the car that day tells Siddharth that she saw the actual car that hit Bhavani that day and that it was not green but red. Siddharth then goes back to the auto driver and asks him to differentiate between red apples and green ones, which he cannot since he is colour blind.

Finally realizing that he is the killer, Siddharth goes to tell Bhavani's father the truth. The ghost tries to stop him but he still reveals the truth. Overridden with guilt, Siddharth tries to commit suicide. Bhavani's spirit saves Siddharth from committing suicide by cremating her own body that her father had preserved all this time in the ice, thus moving on to the next world. the girl's father comforts Siddharth saying that he is a very kind hearted person and he would have never done that intentionally and that is why his daughter fell in love with him and stayed with him.

Story:
Murugan (Bharath) is a diligent scooter mechanic in Madurai and life goes on smoothly for the young man until a rich student Aishwarya (Sandhya) sets an eye on him. The infatuation reaches a dangerous level when she coaxes Murugan to take her from the constraint of her family, who have other plans about her future. Initially Murugan hesitates to love her as she belongs to a rich family but later understands her true love and reciprocates. The couple knows that Aishwarya's family will not agree for the wedding and decide to run away to Chennai. Murugan's friend Stephen (Sukumar) helps them in their hour of crisis and the lovers unite in marriage. But Sandhya's family dotes on her and is not going to give up so easily. The family tracks down the couple and reaches Chennai to meet them. But the family members pretend as if they had agreed for the wedding and convince them to return to Madurai along with them. On the way back to Madurai, the family members take the couple to their farmland where Aishwarya's relatives have gathered. They all beat Murugan and Aishwarya's father wants her to remove the mangalyam tied by Murugan. Aishwarya fears that if she does not obey her father, then Murugan will be killed and also Aishwarya agrees to marry another man to save Murugan's life. Murugan is heavily beaten and let go from the place. After a few years, Aishwarya while travelling with her husband and her child, comes across Murugan where she finds him as a mentally retarded beggar roaming near a traffic signal. Aishwarya faints realizing it is Murugan and gets admitted to the nearby hospital. At night she runs from the hospital to the same signal in search of Murugan and she finds him sitting over there. Aishwarys cries to Murugan and feels bad that she was responsible for his pathetic situation. Aishwarya's husband also comes to the spot and understands his wife's situation. He admits Murugan in a mental health center and also takes care of him.

The movie ends with title cards mentioning that this is a true incident narrated by the girl's husband to the director during a train journey which prompted him to a make a movie.

Angaadi Theru (English: Market Street) is a 2010 Indian Tamil romantic drama film written and directed by Vasanthabalan, starring debutant Mahesh and Anjali in the lead roles. The title refers to the Ranganathan Street in Chennai where the story plays. The film features music jointly composed by Vijay Antony and G. V. Prakash Kumar. 

Story:
The film starts with Jyothi ( Mahesh ) and Kani ( Anjali ) playing and making fun of each other in night time asking many people "How is the match between us"? They get in to a bus and the song "Kadaigalai pesum" starts. As they don't have any house, they found a place in street where masonry workers are sleeping. While they were dreaming, a fire engine after colliding with another vehicle completely loses its control comes out of the way and hits the people sleeping in street. The next scene shows the jammed vehicle, blood, crying people and the hospital where jothi is lying in a stretcher with blood all over this body. Policeman were asking jothi "What is your name?Where are you from?". He just murmurs "Kani,Kani....Kani". Now the flashback starts and goes to a village in Tirunelveli.

Jyothi Lingam (Mahesh) is a bright student and son of a mason who leads a happy life in his village near Tirunelveli. One day tragedy strikes as his father the only earning member dies in an accident while crossing an unmanned railway gate, and young boy now has to look after his mother and two sisters.

Due to circumstances, he is forced to abandon his studies, though he comes first in his school in the board exam. Through a canvassing agent, he and his friend Marimuthu, get jobs as sales boys in a textile showroom in Ranganathan Street in Chennai.

Jyothi, along with hundreds of others, are employed at the Senthil Murugan Stores run by the big businessman. In each floor at the textile showroom, there are around 50 to 60 sales boys and girls who work in pitiable conditions from early in the morning to late night, without any rest.

He meets Kani (Anjali), a fiery independent girl. The difficult and harrowing times in the store bring them together as they face up to a cruel and lewd store supervisor Karungali (A. Venkatesh), who beats up the boys and molests the girls when they play around during duty hours. As Jyothi says there is no escape from the “Jail like” atmosphere in the shop where employees are treated more like slave labour in a concentration camp than without any human dignity. After some quarrels and arguments slowly Jyoti and Kani falls love with each other.

In the meantime, actress Sneha visits the showroom for the shooting of the advertisement. Marimuthu is a die hard fan of Sneha. He has collected all the pictures of sneha from her childhood and was keeping with him. He was very interested to see sneha. Amidst of the security, he caught sneha's attention and meets her and shows her the album. Sneha is surprised and happy to see the album. She says to Marimuthu that she will keep the album herself. While Jyothi and Kani were talking in the showroom, the supervisor comes there. On seeing this, they both hides in the place. Unfortunately the security locks the door of the showroom without knowing this. Kani shouts at Jyothi and they don't know what to do. They have to spend the whole night there itself. After some time they are putting the dresses in that room one by one, sings and dances.

Like this they spends the night and the next day morning they goes to their places as if they came only in the morning.Unfortunately the dance by Jyothi and Kani got caught in the camera running there for the shooting with Sneha. Annachi sees this and calls the supervisor. Supervisor caughts both Jyothi and Kani and beats them. Then the supervisor gives a complaint to the police that Jyothi had stolen a costly saree from the shop and the police takes Jyothi away. Jyothi tells the inspector that he knows all the fraud activities done by annachi. So the inspector calls annachi and advises him to take back the complaint. Otherwise it will be difficult if Jyothi tells all these things to media. So Jyothi is released from the custody.

Jyothi goes to the showroom and threatens the supervisor that if they did not release Kani, he will tell these things to the public there. On hearing this, Annachi orders the supervisor to send Kani with Jyothi. They both leave the place and searches for job in all the shops in that street. Finally a blind old aged person who is selling clothes on the platform tells Jyothi that he will give commission to them if they help him in selling his clothes. So they starts selling clothes and earns some money for the day. The old man tells him a street where they can safely sleep. They goes to the street and that is the end of flashback.

The camera now points to the hospital where Jyothi and Kani are admitted. Jyothi regains his consciousness and sees Marimathu there. Marimuthu joined as makeup man to Sneha. Jyothi had slight injuries on his head,legs and hands. Jyothi asks Marimuthu about Kani. But Marimuthu remains silent. So Jyothi himself gets out from his bed irrespective of the injury in his legs and searches to find Kani. He was shocked to see Kani there without legs. She has lost her both legs in the accident. Marimuthu advises Jyothi to forget Kani as she cannot do things on her own and she needs someone's help. If Jyothi takes care of her, who will earn for his family?

Many things are running in Jyothi's mind and finally he decides to marry Kani. The film ends with the scene showing Kani sitting in the platform selling things and Jyothi sells things by walking in the street.

Angadi Theru is about how these two survive in a concentration camp like condition and what happens when fate perpetually smiles very cruelly at them. Sneha lights up the happenings in a small cameo as herself by doing a commercial advertisement for that Stores. This film is considered to be a milestone in Tamil cinema due its raw content. This movie reflects few happening at the two Popular Stores in Ranganathan Street in Chennai.

Story:
The film opens in 2000, where Vikram (Naga Chaitanya), is shown to be a shy and modest young man who loves Suma (Anupama Parameswaran) who, unfortunately for Vicky, is loved by all the boys in the area. After a desperate attempt to write a love letter, Vikram is unable to give it to Suma due to her strict militarian father (Prudhvi Raj). He later gives the letter to his neighbour, a young girl, who is seen to be continuously hanging around Suma, to give it to her. Suma soon starts getting closer to Vicky, even coming to visit him at his home. However, he is shocked when he learns that she is already in love with another man, and only wanted help from Vicky to be able to communicate with her lover. Despite his friends and family trying to tell him that she is merely using him to achieve what she wanted, Vicky open-heartedly helps Suma whenever she needs help, showing his love for her.

Later, in 2006, Vicky is a thug student in college, who goes around making trouble with his friends, Vasu (Praveen) and Siva (Chaitanya Krishna). After getting suspended for 2 months after beating their rival group led by Arjun (Noel Sean), they re-enter the college only to start ragging on the very first day. They apprehend a Marathi-Tamil lecturer, Sithara (Shruti Hassan), assuming her to be a student. She lets them go, but later punishes them when she finds out they were consuming alcohol in the class. Vikram begins to fall in love with Sithara. Meanwhile, the P.E. coach (Brahmaji) fails attempting to help lecturer Kantha Rao (Narra Srinu) to fulfil his love for Sithara. Vikram tricks both of them and slowly begins getting closer to Sithara. Later, he even begins calling her on phone. However, He feels scared when Sanjay (Arvind Krishna), Sithara's cousin, shows up, and expresses closeness to her. Realising he is feeling jealous, Sithara tries to get closer to him, eventually reciprocating his feelings. After celebrating Gudi Padva together, They both realise that they are in love with each other. After joining their annual day functions for a dance performance, Vicky and his friends are unable to get a good choreographer. Sithara, revealing she is a state level dancer, volunteers to help them, and they win the dance contest. Sithara is soon forced to go on a month leave to her hometown. A month later, however, it is revealed that her bus met with an accident, rendering her amnesiac, forcing her to leave the college. Vikram leaves to her hometown with his friends, but is heart-broken when she fails to recognise him, even after he shows her a bracelet she made specially for him.

10 years later, 2016, Vicky is one of the top chefs of Hyderabad, unfortunately still single with haunting memories of Sithara. He spends time with the manager of his restaurant, E.K. (Srinivasa Reddy). One night, he happens to meet Sindhu (Madonna Sebastian), who later reveals him that she is the young girl to whom he had asked to deliver Suma's letter, revealing she did not deliver but instead read it. Initially taking it as rude, Vikram forgives her and begins to spend time with her, eventually falling in love with her. He befriends Arjun at Arjun's bachelor party, and on the suggestion of his friends, decides to propose to her without further delay. However, she reveals him that she has a previous engagement, forcing Vicky to react violently. After ignoring her for days, he finally gives her a chance to speak, and she reveals the marriage was cancelled after her fiancé, Ravi substance abused her. After attempting to make peace with him over the phone, Ravi swears at Vicky, forcing him and his friends to bash Ravi. They convey social and economical reasons for their beating him and tells him they misunderstood him for a conductor. However, he reveals that he understood who they are, with an angry Vicky throwing a ball at him, causing him to fall off the building and land in a garbage box, fractured and unconscious. Vicky and Sindhu get married. Sithara and her present-husband Sanjay come to meet them after being invited by Vasu on Sindhu's request. After seeing a special Shrikhand dessert present there, she recalls the same dessert Vicky made her for Gudipadava, resuscitating her memory. However, she realizes he is better off without her, and decides not to reveal anything to him.

In a post-credits scene, it is shown that the reason for Vicky's restaurant's name being S-Star is that an astrologer had predicted his future wife would have a name starting from S. Vicky recalls his life in the last 16 years, recalling that each of the girls he loved had a name starting from S.

Chakram is a Telugu drama film which released on 25 March 2005 and was written by Krishna Vamsi. Prabhas played the lead role while Asin, Charmy Kaur. It was also dubbed into Hindi under the same title by Manish Shah of Goldmines Telefilms.
Chakram (Prabhas) is a foreign returnee and has a dream of building a hospital at Pulivendula. He is in love with his colleague, Lakshmi (Asin Thottumkal) who studied with him abroad. But leaves her half-way through after he realizes that he was struck with cancer. Not wanting to tell her, he moves to Hyderabad and stays in place called ‘Sahara Colony’. There, he tries to solve problems of the people in the colony. Seeing all this, another girl who is also named Lakshmi (Charmy) falls in love with Chakram. The rest is a heart-rending saga of the cancer-struck patient's love station.
